To assist Local Government Agencies, or LGAs, who receive federal and state money to develop and deliver projects, NCDOT develops and maintains instructions and links to resource materials and checklists that include timelines, anticipated schedules, EBS guidance, and contact information to help guide LGAs through the process from beginning to end.
